I am passionate about embodiment as a tool for transformation. What began as a melding of pain management and yoga, has evolved into a synergy of postural alignment, dynamic movement, chronic pain & trauma release, mindful living, healing touch and somatic experience therapy.
We all share the potential and capacity to live a healthy life. Our unresolved stress, traumatic experiences and temperament sometimes move us off center potentially causing anxiety, depression and dysfunctional behavior.
Specializing in transforming trauma and chronic pain, my intention is to assist clients in feeling curious, inspired and empowered by life's challenges rather than overwhelmed and defeated.
While focusing on personal goals, sessions incorporate body-centered therapy, nervous system regulation, functional and dynamic movement, healing touch and mindfulness training. Efficient and solution-focused, the skills and strategies practiced in session are intended to bolster confidence, resilience and an overall sense of balance through all of life's adventures.
Mastering the language of the body helps to provide clarity into our patterned reactions. We move forward with a sense of strength, freedom and overall vitality.
