This 8 week program is designed for every body and any body. Build your practice with a safe, firm and steady foundation. Strengthen and lengthen from head to toe. Celebrate your radiance.
The theme of the week will weave it's way into each class.
Whether your practice is seated meditation or moving through poses, you will notice a shift in how you schedule your day.
What was once...."I don't have the time to practice" will transform into "I can create the time to practice".
One breath at a time, observe subtle shifts in perspective lead to major shifts in your life.
Each week we will thread together stories & philosophies with physical sequences that will strengthen, heal, and restore your emotional and physical body to it's natural grace.
