BLISSCAMP SESSION 2 includes...
two studio practices a week
The HotHouse offers a variety of times and practices to accommodate busy schedules.
This 8 week program is designed for every body and any body.
Build your practice with a safe, firm and steady foundation.
Strengthen and lengthen from head to toe.
Celebrate your radiance.
The theme of the week will weave it's way into each class.
Whether your practice is seated meditation or moving through poses,
you will notice a shift in how you schedule your day.
What was once...."I don't have the time to practice"
will transform into "I can create the time to practice".
One breath at a time,

Each week we will thread together stories & philosophies
with physical sequences
that will strengthen, heal, and restore
your emotional and physical body to it's natural grace.

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
The Bliss Camp schedule is the same as the Hothouse Schedule.
CAN I STILL TAKE A CLASS IF I'M NOT ENROLLED IN BLISS CAMP?
Provide 24 hour notice to attend desired class.
60 minute classes $10
90 minute classes $15
